One Tree Hill is the second branch of Fitmumz and all sessions run in conjunction with our Manukau Gym.
Launched in early 2016 at One Tree Hill College we have now grown to over 15 sessions a week and recently added our Fitcomm sessions to the timetable.
We aim to provide challenging yet fun group training sessions in a supportive environment. We welcome women of all fitness levels, encouraging you to take sessions at your own pace and ability.
These are our women’s only weights sessions and are for anyone looking to get lean, toned and strong! Alternating the focus between being upper or lower body - with our Friday (Manukau) and Thursday (OTH) sessions being a combination of both.
Learn mind-muscle connection, increase strength and endurance, shape and tone your body while also learning correct form and exercise techniques.
These sessions are an energy packed full body cardio workout! They are high intensity using a variety of exercise equipment and body weighted movements. Each class is different, fun and challenges you to take your fitness to the next level. The combination of strength and cardio training will have you tightening up fast and burning calories even long after the class has finished!
