One Tree Hill is the second branch of Fitmumz and all sessions and programming run in conjunction with our Manukau Gym.
Launched in early 2016, we have grown to a timetable of 17 sessions a week, including Fitcomm and Fitkidz sessions. Giving you training options for the whole family!
These are our women’s only weights sessions and are for anyone looking to get lean, toned and strong! Alternating the focus between being upper or lower body - with our Friday (Manukau) and Thursday (OTH) sessions being a combination of both.
Learn mind-muscle connection, increase strength and endurance, shape and tone your body while also learning correct form and exercise techniques.
These sessions are an energy packed full body cardio workout! They are high intensity using a variety of exercise equipment and body weighted movements. Each class is different, fun and challenges you to take your fitness to the next level. The combination of strength and cardio training will have you tightening up fast and burning calories even long after the class has finished!
