Located at 37 Noel Burnside Road, Wiri we offer both Fitmumz (womens only) and Fitcomm (mixed) sessions.
These are our women’s only weights sessions and are for anyone looking to get lean, toned and strong! Alternating the focus between being upper or lower body - with our Friday (Manukau) and Thursday (OTH) sessions being a combination of both.

These sessions are an energy packed full body cardio workout! They are high intensity using a variety of exercise equipment and body weighted movements. Each class is different, fun and challenges you to take your fitness to the next level. The combination of strength and cardio training will have you tightening up fast and burning calories even long after the class has finished!
Combining technical coaching, partner boxing drills and plenty of cardiovascular training these classes are a fun, yet challenging way to up your fitness! Our boxing trainers are experienced and commit to providing you with foundational skills that you will build on week by week.
