Can I just turn up and become a member?
No, we require all new members to complete 1-2 free session trials. To book in for your trial please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply, if you have not heard back in that time please check your junk mail.
What do I bring with me to sessions?
Please wear comfortable training clothes and footwear. You will also need a water bottle and sweat towel and of course an open mind, ready to take on whatever the session holds. Please aim to arrive 5-10 mins before your class starts.
Do you provide Boxing gloves for Boxing sessions?
For Boxing sessions we provide gloves and focus pads, but ask that you provide your own inner wraps. You are welcome to bring your own pads and gloves if you prefer.
Can I bring my kids with me to sessions?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your child/ren with you. Babies are welcome to come in their capsule or pram, and there is a lounge area for older children. A parental waiver must be completed for each child/ren you bring to session
What is the difference between FITmumz and FITcomm sessions?
Our FITmumz sessions are for ladies only. Our FITcomm sessions are for both men and women. Check out our relative branches from the SESSIONS menu above for further info.
These sessions are an energy packed full body cardio workout! They are high intensity using a variety of exercise equipment and body weighted movements. Each class is different, fun and challenges you to take your fitness to the next level. The combination of strength and cardio training will have you tightening up fast and burning calories even long after the class has finished!
These are our women’s only weights sessions and are for anyone looking to get lean, toned and strong! Alternating the focus between being upper or lower body - with our Friday (Manukau) and Thursday (OTH) sessions being a combination of both.

These sessions are designed to increase and challenge your fitness and overall physical performance! Metabolic conditioning, we mix weighted and body weighted exercises to provide a full body conditioning workout. A step up from our Regular classes, these classes require a high work rate and will push you to empty that energy tank and drive you to push harder than you thought possible! Focused on building strength, conditioning and increasing endurance. Upper and lower body muscle groups are alternated at each class to provide a full body workout across the week. We focus hugely on form and key techniques to help you build a good foundation of the essential strength-building lifts such as Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. These core lifts are coupled with a variety of strength and endurance building movements to ensure you become well rounded in your weightlifting.
